With the silicone toolkit of Evonik you can set up your own customized formulation and with support from our experts, your formulation will be adjusted to your particular needs. It will be unique in the market and allow you to keep full control over your final product – even when requirements change. Our nanosilica concentrates provide low viscosity (compared to conventional fillers), reduced cure shrinkage & thermal expansion, improvement on mechanical properties like fracture toughness, impact resistance and modulus as well as improved scratch & abrasion resistance. 

Increased fracture toughness and impact strength without decreasing the Tg as well as improved fatigue performance can be achieved by using our ALBIDUR® products, which also stop cracks from propagating. Our ALBIFLEX® products provide mechanical strength and chem. resistance from epoxy and high elasticity and dielectric properties from silicone. It is very suitable for elastification of epoxy resins (elongations > 100% possible). It is liquid, totally transparent and has no phase separation. 

Besides our products we provide added value through our competencies like guideline formulations for silicones, recommendations for optimal dosage levels for specific effects, suitable additives lists, tailor made solutions and trouble shooting.
